Packages
For all packages, the sound is captured live, through lapel recording microphones (on the groom and officiant during the ceremony), with a camera microphone and through the DJ sound board if possible to ensure multiple high quality audio options are available. The audio is used to creatively weave together the story of your day. The videos also include licensed music that I purchase from a music licensing service.
First you select one of my four packages then you can add the a la carte add-ons that fit best with your needs. Please contact me for information on pricing for each package and a la carte add on.
Package #1
Your deliverables will include a 3 to 5 minute highlight film available to share on social media one to three months after the wedding and delivered via USB Flash drive with couple’s name and wedding date engraved on it. This package includes about 8 hours of coverage.
Package #2
Your deliverables will include a 5 to 7 minute highlight film available to share on social media one to two months after the wedding. You will also receive the documentary edit of the full ceremony. Your footage will be delivered via USB Flash drive with the couple’s name engraved on it. This package includes about 10 hours of coverage.
Package #3
Your deliverables will include a 7 to 9 minute highlight film available to share on social media one to two months after the wedding. You will also receive the documentary edit of the full ceremony and reception toasts and special dances or events. Your footage will be delivered via USB Flash drive with couple’s name and wedding date engraved on it. This package includes 10 to 12 hours of coverage.
Package #4 Your deliverables will include a 10 to 12 minute highlight film available to share on social media one to two months after the wedding. You will also receive the documentary edit of the full ceremony and reception toasts and special dances or events. Your footage will be delivered via USB Flash drive with couple’s name and wedding date engraved on it. You will also receive all of the raw footage from the day. This package includes 10 to 12 hours of coverage Keep in Mind: All music that I use in my videos is licensed so that I can legally use the music in my videos. The cost of music licensing is already worked into the cost of the package you select. Therefore, I generally prefer to pick the song that best fits your video from the sources that I use for music licensing. You may suggest a song that you like; however, I can’t guarantee that I will be able to license it. In cases where a song costs more than my typical music licensing budget, the client may be asked to cover that additional cost. I work hard to find a song that is unique to each couple. Childhood Picture Slideshow-Your wedding is a chance to reflect on the path you took to reach this special day. Many of your loved ones who have watched you grow up will be present and happy to reminisce on your childhood. Let me weave together a touching slideshow video of your favorite childhood pictures or videos. Just send me the images or files and I will do the rest. You will have the chance to look back on your childhood and the childhood of your fiancée without the stress of finding time to make the slideshow.
Raw Footage-I can provide you with the raw footage from the day on an external hard-drive. It will essentially be raw footage without extra editing done to ensure the best camera angles and audio. If you are looking for a more convenient and better watching experience, consider the documentary edit formats.
Rehearsal Dinner-The special moments begin even before your wedding day as your friends and family come together in preparation of the special day. Let us capture those special moments, speeches, toasts and laughs with you. The footage can be incorporated into your highlight video. In addition, the advantage of having me attend your rehearsal dinner is it gives me the opportunity to find the best camera angles and know exactly what to expect so that I can capture every special moment of your ceremony at its best.
Reception Toasts Documentary Edit-In the wedding highlight film, I often use some of the key pieces of the speeches and toasts to weave together the story of your day in an artistic way. However, the purpose of the documentary edit is to give you a way to look back on the full speeches. For this add-on item I will carefully edit together the angles of these moments and edit the audio to sound its best and provide it to you in a watchable format.
Full Ceremony Documentary Edit-Would you like to be able to look back on and relive your full ceremony for years to come? With this add-on, I will edit together the best audio and multiple camera angles of your ceremony and provide it to you in a watchable format.
Love Story Film- A keepsake film that is filmed a few months before the wedding during which you share how you met, fell in love, and ultimately got engaged. You could show this touching video to your guests during the reception or on social media allowing them to see a glimpse of what brought you together. This also can make a great family history piece to keep your love story alive for generations to come.
Second Shooter- In order to ensure even more camera angles and a more cinematic look to all parts of your wedding video, with this add-on I can bring along another videographer to help capture the moments of the day.
Travel-Travel is free within 100 miles of St. Peter, MN. Location greater than 100 miles will be charged 50 cents per mile. Weddings further than 2 hours away may also require covering one to two overnight stays.
Contract-Once a contract is signed, a 50% deposit is due within one month of the wedding date. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of all footage agreed upon in your package.
